You are welcome to write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our reply does not settle things, answer the email and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed contractors.
